Dried persimmons

Dried persimmons have been made in the Matsusato area of Enzan since the Edo period, and are shipped from the region as "Matsusato Dried Persimmons". The dried persimmons using the big Koshu Hyakume, are popular as holiday-season gifts and seeing them hung up to dry is also something special.
